The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Martville resident after a traffic stop on State Route 104.
Deputies arrested Kenneth Ryder, 45, of Martville – charging him with driving while intoxicated, as well as inadequate light. His blood-alcohol content was found to be .10 percent.
Ryder was issued uniform traffic tickets and will appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date.
